What is the QuickPass?
The QuickPass provides each client a localized and customized electronic packet of direct banking and lender contact information. It eliminates the need for you to search out each bank in your area by providing information on banks actually lending with a specific contact in your area.  In addition to banking contacts, each client will receive coaching on how to interact with and negotiate with banks and/or lenders. Our proven coaching will help you negotiate the best rates and provide insight into typical questions you will be asked during the application, underwriting, and funding process. You will also receive coaching on how to effectively interact with bankers so you can maximize the lines offered and be provided with techniques to ensure that your line(s) are increased over time without additional cost.

What does the QuickPass Cost?
